Deep Breathing

“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts.” Breathing is automatic and therefore, often taken for granted.  But when you breathe unconsciouslythe breath is shallow and deprives your body of the necessary oxygen.
Experient with me, right now.  Take 10 deep breaths, feeling your abdemon fill and empty with each infale and exfale.
Now take ten shallow breaths.
What kind of breathe did you enjoy more?  What kind makes you feel calm and more at peace?  Whether one you answer ‘yes’ to take today to practice that breathe.  You will find yourself calm and collected, even in an office filled with stress and anxiety.
